The Tobago Chamber’s conference room is an 15ft by 40ft room that can comfortably accommodate anywhere from 30-60 people, depending on how you arrange the room and the type of event for which it is rented.

The Parking

Room rental rates

Our room is rented in 4-hour blocks on a part thereof basis, up to 8 hours.

As an example, if you select that you’d like to rent it for 2 hours, it will be counted as 4 hours at our base rate of $75/hr. On the other hand, if you rent it for 5 hours, that will be considered as 8 hours at our discounted rate of $65/hr.

On the off chance you’d like to request it for more than 8 hours, your cost will be calculated by multiplying the number of hours by $65.

N.B. When trying to book the Conference Room, you will be unable to do so for less than 4 hours.

Up to 4 hours: $ 75 / hr
More than 4 hours: $ 65 / hr

Conference Room Add-Ons

When renting our conference room, what you get are chairs, tables and the space. If you need more, we have add-ons from which can select below for a fee. If you’re interested in catering, please add it to your request and we’ll arrange it for you, after consultation, at no extra cost.
