The Tobago Chamber’s conference hall is an 18.5 ft by 49 ft room that comfortably holds 30 to 60 people, depending on how you arrange it and the type of event it’s for.

The same hall, four ways. The front of the room is the top of each plan, where the gold bar is — that’s the screen. The door and the coffee and food stations are at the back, at the bottom.

Room rental rates

How much for…

The room is booked in 4-hour blocks, so 2 hours costs the same as 4, and 5 hours the same as 8. Past 8 hours it’s $65 for every extra hour.

Conference Hall add-ons

The hall comes with the chairs, the tables and the space. If you need more, tick an add-on on your request. If you want catering, add it to your request and we’ll arrange it with you at no extra cost.
